For those who know Dawn, she is the Spirit of Hospitality both in life and in her career. As a small town gal from the Midwest, she applies a high level of work ethic, generosity and determination to every aspect of her life and to those around her.
 
Dawn attributes much of her success today to the skills, opportunities and relationships she was able to create during her tenure of 17 years with Hilton Hotels Worldwide. During that time, she earned the privilege of managing some of their largest City Center Conference Hotels and Full Service Resort properties in the Western Region of the U.S., and was one of the first to work in the Franchise arm of the organization with one of the brand's first franchisee (Larkspur Hospitality) in pioneering the launch of the Hilton Garden Inn® brand and ultimately landing her the role she is most notably recognized for as Vice - President, Brand Management Hilton Garden Inn hotels from 2000-2006. During that time, she contributed to the brand's growth of over 320 hotels across the country and the brand's first five of their many JD Power and Associates Guest Satisfaction Index awards and other entrepreneurial industry recognition to date.
 
Her ability and talent in stimulating personal and group excellence, inspiring others through their vision of what could be, taking control of and generating creative solutions in any situation, recognizing varying talent to form well rounded teams, deriving satisfaction through producing tangible outcomes, and overall mutual respect for others and their individual contributions as a whole, are just some of the qualities and levels of service you will come to learn are not only reflective of her leadership, but is also the foundation of the brand and the organization she has built know today, as PHD Hospitality.
